If your order damaged in the transition, doesn’t show up on time or partially received, we shall dispatch you a new package or full refund. On your request you will be guaranteed; in case of a partial order, your credit card will be charged again for the remaining balance (and your payment refunded, only charged for the orders you received).

For this process, please allow us for 30 business days from the date of order was shipped. If within 30 days, you still have not received the order or even if you haven’t seen any notifications that your order returned or on hold, we kindly ask you to contact us at support@meds4gen.com. We will make sure to resolve any query promptly.

EMS: For All countries, Delivery will take approx 12-22 days. (Delivery maybe take up to 30 days from date of dispatch, if any disruption in postal services due to weather issue or natural disaster). & Register-Mail: Delivery will take approx 15-25 days.

If you have not received the package or you received any notification from the shipper that your shipment was on hold, delay or return the sender, we strongly suggest you, please inform us at support@meds4gen.com, and we will try to resolve all shipping relating problems on priority.
